It was a busy weekend in Commercials as some of our teams had their first outing after the Summer Break. Hard luck to our Intermediate team in their game against Brigids on Saturday evening. Game finished up Brigids 3-10 Commercials 0-10. Well done to the U14 Hurlers in their game against Faughs. Also the U11 Hurlers brought home the win in the Camaint in Parnell Park on Saturday.
Commercials welcomed 220 kids to our club to take part in an U8 Hurling Blitz. Thanks to Eamon Walsh and David Strumble for organising and co-ordinating such a successful day. It was a great day but wouldn't have been possible without the help of so many people who helped with the smooth running of the event. Thanks also to Eire Og, Cuala, Celbridge, St. Marks, St. Judes, Crumlin, Faughs, Kilmacud, Round Towers, Naas, Lucan, Ardclough and Thomas Davis for bringing their U8's teams.
Fixtures: U12 Camaint Wednesday evening in Abbotstown at 8pm. All support appreciated for the lads. 26th August U8’s away to St. Judes @ 11am.
