Amy Ferguson Conlon is a 15 year old CHC (Crumlin Heart Cardiac) and double heart transplant patient who also suffers from advanced scoliosis and associated complications and needs specialist care to meet her everyday needs.
As Friends of the extended Conlon Family, through the Play for Amy Charity Match, we hope to raise enough funds to help her family manage her life altering condition and our hope is, if she is well enough to travel with a special support team, to be able to send her on a trip of a lifetime to somewhere special!
We hope to raise €20,000 via our Fun All Stars Hurling and Football Match between current and former County players in Commercials Hurling Club, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, on the afternoon of Saturday, 14th September. Any size donation is appreciated!
We already have over 20 GAA County Stars who have pledged their support to this event, such as DJ Carey, Philly McMahon, Eddie Brennan, Niall Quinn, Tomás Ó’Sé and Jack Sheedy to name but a few. More names are being added to the list daily!
