Happy Christmas to all our members and friends. We would just like to say A big thank you to all those who made 2017 such a successful & enjoyable year.

The year started off with great excitement as 50 girls from our Camogie team headed over to New York for St. Patrick's Day. We had the honor of representing Commercials and Dublin in the St. Patrick's Day parade and also playing a game in Gaelic Park against New York Team Liberty Gaels. It was a great experience for the girls, mentors and parents and something we will never forget!

2017 was a great year in the club with the Junior hurlers winning the league and our Adult Camogie team winning the Championship.

The Juvenile section is also thriving with all teams competing very well during the year. The U11's won the Camaint Final, the U12's won the league with hugely impressive performances all year and our U15 lads won the Division 2 Shield Final. The future is bright!

Huge thanks goes to all our brilliant mentors and helpers from the Academy all the way up to our adult teams. A special word of thanks to all the parents who stand on the sideline week in, week out, fostering a love of the game. Thanks to Peter Elliot our Games Promotional Officer who is doing great work in the Club and the Schools. Peter is like a celebrity to the kids and they are always delighted to see him as he not only teaches them Hurling but also entertains them with sing songs, which they all love.

We have so many people working behind the scenes keeping the club running from the Grounds Committee, Fundraising Committee, Juvenile and Executive Committees and we thank you all very much for bringing the club to where it is today. Looking forward to 2018! Hope you all have a great Christmas. A special Happy Christmas is extended to all our club members abroad at this time of year.
